Testimonials

"Robin has worked as a director, choreographer and educator at my organization, Kidz Theater, and she is an absolute dream to work with. Kidz Theater is a unique environment, where the most talented teens and kids in the NYC area come together to work incredibly hard, but also create a safe and welcoming space. Robin is the perfect fit for us as she is the perfect combination of disciplined and focused as well as kind, supportive and warm. When working with the cast she makes them feel so supported, but she also expects a lot out of them and always pushes them to work to their full potential. Artistically, she is thoughtful, dynamic, and energetic. Her choreography is always vibrant, specific, detailed and story driven. As a director she works hard to bring the story to the forefront of each moment and helps support even our youngest actors in their journey toward putting the story first. We are so grateful for Robin."

-Kristen Caesar. Artistic Director of Kidz Theatre
"Robin is the most patient, kind person, EVER! She happily answered all of my questions and never failed to help me understand choreography. I have Robin to thank for so much of my growth as a dancer and I am so grateful for all that she has taught me. She knows how to teach in a way that even movers like me can look like dancers."
-Ryan L, Performer/Student

"Robin is the absolute nicest teacher, mentor, choreographer and person in general. She has patience with me, believes in me and has taken my dance skills to a whole new level. I am lucky to call her my dance teacher and choreographer and I always look forward to doing more work with her!"

-Darby S, Performer/Student

"When planning to learn and film my dance prescreens for college, I knew right away to go Robin. She made the perfect choreography for me to perform and supported me so much when teaching me her incredible choreography. She was so kind throughout the process knowing how stressful it was for me, and I’m really grateful that I was able to work with her."

-Athena P, Performer/Student
"Robin is quite literally the kindest and hardest working choreographer I’ve ever worked with. Her love and dedication to dance is absolutely contagious, and it is reflected in everything she choreographs. Her amazing energy and optimism is one of the reasons I’ve been able to really love dance and I am continuously thankful for her dedication to me and all the other students at Kidz Theater."
-Jaiden C, Performer/Student

"Being able to work with a professional Broadway performer at such a young age has been incredibly transforming. What makes Robin’s choreography so compelling is how mindful she is of the story and how purposeful every movement is."

-James P, Performer/Student

"For me, the first time working with Robin was on Zoom, and even though it was difficult to recapture the same love for learning choreography, she made me feel loved, excited and ready to work. Robin brings so much energy to every rehearsal I have done with her but one thing that sets her apart from many teachers is that she is always so positive and engaged, which brightens up my learning process. I know I, and so many other people, have learned so much from Robin through many rehearsals. She has taught me so much, not just as a performer but as a person."

-Annabel G, Performer/Student

Robin holds great tenacity in mission driven environments, leading with her heart (and long legs!). When I first met Robin in the audition room, her focus on lines and work ethic conjured up a confidence within me that allowed me to stretch past my limits. Her eye for detail - that being poetry in motion - is something that I will always hold with me. She is a true craftswoman."
